The U.S. House of Representatives will vote, cialis 40mg as early as Thursday, visit on legislation introduced by Texas Congressmen Jeb Hensarling and Ron Paul. This bill (H.R. 1606) will exempt the Internet from regulation under federal "electioneering" laws.
Unless the Hensarling-Paul bill is successful, erectile many major blogs and web sites could be shut down for 60 days before any general election — and for 30 days prior to any primary — making it much more difficult for groups like Gun Owners of America to criticize anti-gun candidates.

Cosmic nebulae usually look like blobs in space, but astronomers using the Spitzer Space Telescope reported on Wednesday they have found a nebula twisted like the double helix of DNA. "Nobody has ever seen anything like that before in the cosmic realm," said Mark Morris of the University of California, Los Angeles.
Most nebulae are "formless, amorphous conglomerations of dust and gas," Morris said in a statement, adding that this one "indicates a high degree of order."

Isaac Hayes has quit South Park, stating that he is unhappy with jokes about religion in episodes of the hit cartoon.
Hayes, who has provided the voice of Chef since the show first started, has asked to be let out of his South Park contract and has criticised the show’s producers for including jokes about religion in recent episodes. "There is a place in this world for satire,” said Hayes in a statement, “but there is a time when satire ends and intolerance and bigotry towards religious beliefs of others begins."
Although Hayes has not pointed to one particular episode, it would seem that the jokes about Scientology – the legendary soul star’s religion – are what caused him to quit, as stated by South Park’s co-creator Matt Stone. "This is 100 percent having to do with his faith of Scientology," said Stone.
"He has no problem – and he’s cashed plenty of cheques – with our show making fun of Christians."

On the outskirts of a small town, there was a big, old pecan tree just inside the cemetery fence. One day, two boys filled up a bucketful of nuts and sat down by the tree, out of sight, and began dividing the nuts.
"One for you, one for me. One for you, one for me," said one boy. Several dropped and rolled down toward the fence.

What: International Airport Centers sues former employee, claiming use of a secure file deletion utility violated federal hacking laws.
Outcome: Federal hacking law applies, the court said in a 3-0 opinion written by Judge Richard Posner.
Normally that would have been a routine business dispute. But the twist came when Citrin dutifully returned his work laptop–and IAC tried to undelete files on it to prove he did something wrong.
IAC couldn’t. It turned out that (again according to IAC) Citrin had used a "secure delete" program to make sure that the files were not just deleted, but overwritten and unrecoverable.

One thing I can’t stand is a liberal with a firearm! [I] talked to someone about gunlocks [and] even though the locks were free, I declined. We had a heated discussion about "gun safety" and keeping them out of the hands of children.
Some locks are plastic, with a padlock to lock through the ring on the outside of the covers that fit through the trigger guard preventing the firing of the firearm. Others are a locking device with an attached cable to lock through the slide or cylinder of small arms. Some are a dowel type that will fit inside the barrel extending through the cylinder on revolvers.
There really is no national standard, and in my belief there really isn’t a need for a national standard. Kalifornia plays by their own rules unfortunately. No one can be made to use these locks, and it shouldn’t be the responsibility of manufacturers to include these in the purchase of a [firearm]. This solely relies upon the intended use or storage of the buyer. Although I have my trigger locks, I prefer keeping everything locked in my 1/2 ton safe, except for what is kept at the ready for home/personal protection.
The individual, upon the realization I was disagreeing with his politics, raised his voice and dropped the *F* Bomb a few times, admitting that a lock box within reach of the bed was acceptable for him, because while half awake, the two seconds it would take to retrieve his arm was sufficient so as not to shoot his neighbor that might be trying to wake him if his house was on fire.

A robber got some spare change and a scare when he threatened a woman in Midtown on Monday morning.
The 56-year-old woman was walking near East Fort Lowell Road and North Country Club Road when a man dressed in black approached her and demanded money, healing said Officer Dallas Wilson, a Tucson Police Department spokesman.
The robber implied he had a gun, so the woman complied with his order and gave him $1.50, hoping he would leave, Wilson said. Then, thinking her life was in danger, she drew a Smith & Wesson revolver and pointed it at the robber, who ran away.
The woman — whose name was not released by police — had a concealed-weapon permit, Wilson said.
"She was in fear for her life and she defended herself appropriately," he said.
Police have no suspects in the case. Link
