A U.S. soldier on active duty in Iraq has called President Obama an
"impostor" in a statement in which he affirmed plans to join as
plaintiff in a challenge to Obama’s eligibility to be commander in
chief.
"As an active-duty officer in the United States Army, I have grave
concerns about the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama
to hold the office of president of the United States," wrote Scott
Easterling in a "to-whom-it-may-concern" letter.
Obama "has absolutely refused to provide to the American public his
original birth certificate, as well as other documents which may prove
or disprove his eligibility," Easterling wrote. "In fact, he has fought
every attempt made by concerned citizens in their effort to force him
to do so."

CRIME IS UP IN BORDER STATES, SO WHY THE CALL TO TO HALT THE BORDER FENCE?
Homeland Security Director Janet Nutpolitano vetoed bills as governor of Arizona. These bills would have enabled local law enforcement to tackle the immigration problem themselves, and also make it impossible for illegal aliens to get social benefits, these bills were vetoed, the governor claiming the invasion of illegals to be a "federal problem". Now as director there seems to be a blind eye turned on the problem. Also there seems to be some interesting articles in NObama’s recently passed stimulus legislation, that will create jobs for illegals.
I thought this was about creating jobs for Americans!?

Gun Rights? Any Rights? What Rights?
2/11/09
It’s less than a week until the Constitution gets another court hearing. To recap what happened, in August 2008 Brad Krause was arrested at gunpoint in West Allis, Wisconsin while planting trees in his yard. The reason: he lawfully possessed a holstered weapon. (Full story at: http://www.jpfo.org/alerts02/alert20081212b.htm )
His first hearing was December 16, where the story started to unfold under oath. The prosecution admitted into evidence a small semi-automatic handgun, positive retention holster, and self-defense ammunition, each item being the type of equipment police officers are known to use for their own protection, not the sort of thing criminals tend to carry.
The first witness was the man who had called the police. Normally this person is the victim of a robbery, mugging, or other violent attack, but in this case the man testified he called the police to find out if a person could legally carry a handgun within city limits. He went on to say that although he thinks only police officers should carry weapons for self defense, it was never his intention "for Brad, excuse me, I mean Mr. Krause, to end up in court." He testified that "Mr. Krause" is a nice guy, they get along fine, and the first time they met was when "Mr. Krause" came over to help him dig his car out of the snow. There was no sign of animosity between the neighbors who apparently are still on a first-name basis.

Fifth-grader Jordan Brown boarded the bus and headed to school like
he did most other mornings in this rural western Pennsylvania community. But
before he left home on Friday, authorities say, the 11-year-old boy had
shot his father’s pregnant fiancee in the back of the head as she lay
in bed. He then put his youth model 20-gauge shotgun back in his room
before going out to catch his bus, police say.Brown was charged
Saturday as an adult in the death of 26-year-old Kenzie Marie Houk, who
was eight months pregnant, Lawrence County District Attorney John
Bongivengo said. Houk’s fetus died within minutes due to a lack of
oxygen, Lawrence County Coroner Russell Noga said. [ read more ] Continue Reading ‘Pa. boy, 11, accused of killing dad's girlfriend’
"I have a straightforward question, medications which I hope you will answer in a
straightforward way: Is it your intention to censor talk radio through
a variety of contrivances, website like this such as "local content, ailment " "diversity of
ownership," and "public interest" rules — all of which are designed to
appeal to populist sentiments but, as you know, are the death knell of
talk radio and the AM band?
You have singled me out directly, admonishing members of Congress
not to listen to my show. Bill Clinton has since chimed in, complaining
about the lack of balance on radio. And a number of members of your
party, in and out of Congress, are forming a chorus of advocates for
government control over radio content. This is both chilling and
ominous." Read more… Continue Reading ‘The Fairness BS’
The FBI has recently released 2008 statistics showing that violent crime in the United States has dropped to a 35-year low, with the murder rate at its lowest in 43 years. In fact, since peaking in 1991, the rates of murder and violent crime as a whole have fallen 41 percent and 46 percent respectively. But despite this positive news, the anti-gun Brady Campaign is continuing to wage war on our Second Amendment right to bear arms.
