OBAMA’S ANTI-GUN STRATEGY IS TO STACK COURTS

Sotomayor, cost a New York native, ruled on a Second Circuit Appeals Court panel that
the Second Amendment is not a fundamental right and does not apply to the states

Amendment is incorporated through the due process clause of the Fourteenth
Amendment.

“While Democrats in Congress have been making great strides in
the gun rights arena, refusing to consider a renewal of the Clinton gun ban, and
offering overwhelming bipartisan support for legislation allowing citizens to
carry firearms in national parks, President Obama just demonstrated that he
prefers judges who oppose Second Amendment rights,” said SAF founder Alan M.
Gottlieb.

Montana Governor Draws A Line In The Sand

The state of Montana has signed into power a revolutionary gun law. I mean REVOLUTIONARY.

The State of Montana has defied the federal government and their gun laws. This will prompt a showdown between the federal government and the State of Montana . The federal government fears citizens owning guns. They try to curtail what types of guns they can own. The gun control laws all have one common goal – confiscation of privately owned firearms.

Montana has gone beyond drawing a line in the sand. They have challenged the Federal Government. The fed now either takes them on and risks them saying the federal agents have no right to violate their state gun laws and arrest the federal agents that try to enforce the federal firearms acts.

This will be a world-class event to watch. Montana could go to voting for secession from the union, which is really throwing the gauntlet in Obama’s face. If the federal government does nothing they lose face.

Gotta love it.

AMW Sides With Obama's Gun Violence Lies

On May 15ths episode, John Walsh lays claim to the 8000 firearms captured in Mexico as coming from licensed dealers in the United States…

All of which were purchased from a few gunshops in Arizona, bought through straw purchases from three individuals. It would seem to me, if the ATF or FBI had noticed these three individuals had purchased 8000 firearms within a certain time period, which happens to be 2666 firearms apiece, why weren’t these individuals investigated?

Seems to me something is rotten in Denmark.

John Walsh and AMW continue to field prewritten questions towards an ATF agent, which hides his face by the way, no undoubtedly from unsubstantiated data that neither the Brady camp nor the Obama administration seems to prove.

These number clearly don’t add up.

A CHALLENGE OF ARBITRARY DENIAL OF RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS IN CA

The Second Amendment Foundation, healing The Calguns Foundation and three California
residents today filed a lawsuit seeking to vindicate the right to bear arms
against arbitrary state infringement.

Nearly all states allow qualified law-abiding citizens to carry guns for
self-defense, stuff but a few states allow local officials to arbitrarily decide who
may exercise this core Second Amendment right. In the action filed today,
Plaintiffs challenge the policies of two California Sheriffs, in Sacramento and
Yolo counties, who reject the basic human right of self defense by refusing to
issue ordinary people gun carry permits. Of course, violent criminals in the
impacted counties continue to carry guns without police permission.

NRA Prepares For May Invasion Of Az.

PHOENIX – Members of the National Rifle Association are coming to Phoenix this month at a time when gun owners fear the administration may be out to strip them of their firearms.

President Barack Obama said in April that he has not backed off his pledge to reinstate an assault-weapons ban that expired in 2004.

But the president also acknowledged a ban on assault rifles was a tough sell politically. The priority now, he said, is to enforce existing gun laws.

Wayne LaPierre, the NRA’s executive vice president, recently sent a letter to prospective members asking every "law abiding" American gun owner to come to the convention to "prove to the gun banners" that the NRA will take on "anybody who attacks our firearm freedoms."
