Historic Sale of Winchester Plant Underway

June 1st marked the opening of the short offering period which will only last until June 23rd. The fate of the 140 year old tradition of Winchester Rifle manufacturing hangs in the balance. Anyone interested in this historic event is urged to visit and register to see video footage and still pictures of the plant as well as documents pertaining to the sale of the factory.

The website went live June 1st in an attempt to keep the manufacturer of Winchester rifles in America. This is the evolution of our website This a national struggle with an international following with over 46 countries having visited the website in just over 2 months.

The U.S. Repeating Arms Company officially closed down operations in March of this year after making their announcement on January 17th of their intention to do so. Since that time efforts have been underway to convince the Herstal company to allow a sale of the assets to any buyer that would be willing to continue the manufacturer of the classic Winchester 94, sale 70 & 1300  Models that were do to be permanently retired when the company transitioned to solely off shore manufacturing.  After almost 4 months of negotiations by Kevin S. Tierney President of Workout Solutions Inc. & Michael H Blank President of MHB Enterprises the Herstal company agreed to the requests of the City of New Haven and the American gun owning public and have allowed for a short period for the attempt to keep Winchester Firearms in America. The agreement is due in no small part to the tremendous feedback from the patrons of Winchester on the website.
