The Real Reason Kerry Lost The Election

John Kerry meets with the Queen of England. He asks her, “Your Majesty, How do you run such an efficient government? Are there any tips you can
give to me?”

“Well,” says the Queen, “the most important thing is to surround yourself with intelligent people.”

Kerry frowns. “But how do I know the people around me are really intelligent?”

The Queen takes a sip of tea. “Oh, that’s easy. You just ask them to answer an intelligence riddle.” The Queen pushes a button on her intercom. “Please send Tony Blair in here, would you?”

Why voting Libertarian really IS a wasted vote.

Questions: Did you vote Libertarian this year? Did it make a difference or was it a “wasted vote?”

What is a vote if it isn’t a decision making process commonly used to enact change? Power enforces the change and so for anyone to make changes, this site they must first have power. Power comes, at least in America, from State-by-State popular vote. Power isn’t distributed, as it is in Great Britain, amongst a large group of disagreeing people in a Parliament. In the United States, the winner takes all.

You might be surprised to know that Socialists almost won the Presidency this year. Back before the Democrat party went far left, a group of socialists slipped into the Democratic Party and began to steadily change it from the inside. It wasn’t always a hive of tree-hugging, robin-hooding, decadent atheists (that is a very broad description, but I don’t have time or energy to try to label every element within the Democratic Party). I know the Democratic Party is diverse; its leadership isn’t.

The purpose behind politics is to make changes to the way we live and are governed. Successful politicians make things happen; they make CHANGES. Change equate to difference. The question at the top of this article asks you if your vote for Libertarian made a difference. Think about it a little more and read on before you answer.

And now, it begins…

The clear victory for Republican’s nation-wide is a definite sign that the country is becoming more conservative. Anyone who can’t swallow that fact is bound to choke. So what is next?

I think the next four years is going to be like that large boulder in Indiana Jones “Raiders of the lost ark” which rolled unstoppably forward until it’s course was completed. We now have a CLEAR majority in the House and the Senate and a LAME-DUCK President who’s not going to be worried about whether or not he will win re-election. What do you suppose that means?

It means we have first and foremost an obligation to keep our eyes on our elected officials to ensure they are following the will of the people and not some weird agenda. Beyond that, we can expect some issues are going to be blown through the red-tape and make it into law.

The POLL question for you: Will the country unite behind our President? (voice your opinion in our poll) Continue Reading ‘And now, it begins…’

Bush Wins!

Thank you Heavenly Father for all that you do for us. I pray You look favorably upon this Nation and bless us. Grant wisdom, oh Lord, to our leadership. Give them the strength to stand up for what is right. Please make the democrats shut up now about the “popular vote”. I really can’t stand them. Amen. Continue Reading ‘Bush Wins!’

Fake Schwarzkopf phone messages debunked

Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf: “The Democratic National Committee is making fraudulent phone calls claiming that I have endorsed Senator Kerry. Nothing could be further from the truth, and I demand that they stop immediately.

“Senator Kerry opposed the Reagan defense build-up that won the Cold War. Senator Kerry opposed the removal of Saddam Hussein from Kuwait. Senator Kerry proposed billions in intelligence cuts after the first attack on the World Trade Center. Senator Kerry voted against funds to equip our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan with supplies like body armor and ammunition.

Voter Intimidation

Please partake in our poll (right)

Here is some intimidation for you… Do you REALLY want this so-called (not by me mind you) “Lady” as the First-Lady of the United States of America? PUKE!

Ok everyone, get out and vote… ONCE! To entertain you before your cast your ONE vote, here are some quotes from our most unlady-like Teresa.

“You said something I didn’t say. Now shove it.” [To a journalist covering the campaign of her husband to be US President, when she really DID say it.]

“I know some couples who stay together only for politics. If Ted Kennedy holds on to that marriage [to ex-wife Joan] just for the Catholic vote, as some people say he does, then I think he’s a perfect bastard.’”

“I think nobody is truly qualified to be President of the United States. I mean are you qualified to run the world…not run it, but have that influence? No, nobody is.”

“I don’t know Laura Bush. But she seems to be calm, and she has a sparkle in her eye, which is good. But I don’t know that she’s ever had a real job – I mean, since she’s been grown up.” Continue Reading ‘Voter Intimidation’

ExtraLife! links to some great time-wasters

ExtraLife: An alternative comic experience” not only hosts an entertaining web-comic, but also has some damned fine links to some real time-wasting games.

Or just go KILL SOME ZOMBIES!

Also, for those who can’t get enough gaming performance, we have the P4 Extreme Edition: “Intel is expected to release a faster version of its powerful but expensive Pentium 4 Extreme Edition processor this week, alongside the introduction of a chip set that uses a faster front-side bus to connect the processor and the memory.

As expected, the introduction of the 3.46-GHz Pentium 4 Extreme Edition and the Intel 925XE chip set results in the most powerful desktop PC engine Intel has to offer.

The Pentium 4 Extreme Edition is basically the same as the Pentium 4 desktop processor, but it features 2MB of Level 3 cache compared to the 1MB of Level 2 cache on the Pentium 4. Cache memory is used to store frequently accessed data close to the processor, where it can be accessed more quickly than data stored in the main memory, improving performance.” ~ PCWorld.com Continue Reading ‘ExtraLife! links to some great time-wasters’

Chinas crackdown, Cokeheads and Kicking Teachers

Authorities in China have ordered more than 1,600 Internet cafes closed since February 2004, imposing more than 100 million yuan, or $12 million, in fines against their operators for allowing children to play violent or adult-only games among other violations.

Dear South Dakota, please ditch Tom Daschle.

It is time, my fellow citizens, to reach outside of National politics and to delve into a little State politics.

Is Senate Minority Leader Thomas A. Daschle (D-S.D.) getting panicky in his reelection bid against former representative John Thune? Republicans gleefully note that after a newspaper poll showed Thune in the lead this week, Daschle’s long-standing ban on third-party ads abruptly ended, and a chartered planeload of Democratic lawyers, lobbyists and loyalists is scheduled to fly from Washington to Sioux Falls today.

“There’s almost a panic [among Democrats] around the nation about Daschle being able to cling to his seat,” Thune campaign manager Dick Wadhams said.

WashingtonPost.com

We have a wonderful opportunity to say “So Long” to everyones favorite full-o-crap dem-o-crat, the Klinton lovin’ Tom ‘You So Crazy’ Daschle. I beg of those in S. Dakota who enjoy their firearms and love God, mom and apple pie, please PLEAAASSSEE cast your vote specifically for John Thune; even if you are a democrat, please. Please help to restore some dignity to our Legislative Branch.
